The Creator is set up for you to progress from food category to category. Wysong strongly recommends feeding in variety and rotation, so this allows you to efficiently pick from all Wysong food categories to create a natural, varied diet for your pet. Start with Dry, and then proceed through Canned, Raw, Supplements, and Care, or bounce around any and all of the categories at your discretion!
You probably noted the Dog | Cat | Ferret selections on the left hand side of the Creator. Your selection there will load the appropriate products by species. For further product sorting, and to bring the most relevant products to the top of each product category, use the lifestage selections at the top-left of the Creator (n/a for ferret).
Want to know a few details on a particular Wysong product? Hit the "+" icon within the product tile. This action loads key product points. If you want to know more, click on the product image itself to load the full product page. You can then reenter the Creator from the selected product page at any time (via a link at the base of the product page), and your Creator progress will be saved!
Need help selecting foods? At any point click the "Contact Wysong/Help" button in the lower right section of the Creator. This will trigger a form to send to Wysong Customer Service. We can evaluate your progress, or put together an entire package for your pet(s). Just let us know how we can help!
